The proposed Water Treatment scheme is designed to produce product water at the flow rate of 500 LPH based on Mild Steel Water Purification Plan.

Process:

• Water is passed through following different stages for process of filtration & separation in packaged drinking water plant process.

Raw Water Storage Tank:

• The raw water storage tank provided by client

Iron Removal Filter:

• The Raw Water is then pumped by the Filter Feed Pump through the Iron Removal Filter (IRF) for. The removal of Suspended Solids & Iron. The unit consists of quartz sand media for the purpose. The unit should be back washed in a day or whenever the pressure drop exceeds 0.8 Kg/cm2, whichever is earlier.

Activated Carbon Filter:

• The Filtered Water is then Feed into the Activated Carbon Filter (ACF) for the removal of Color and Odor. The unit consists of Activated Carbon for the purpose. The unit should be back washed in a day or whenever the pressure drop exceeds 0.8 Kg/cm2, whichever is earlier.

Anti Scalant System:

• We will be providing Anti Scalant Dosing system to prevent of the scaling of the membranes.

Micron Cartridge Filter:

• We have provided micron filter unit, which removes fine suspended solids, which may have escaped from upstream units. This unit can remove fine solids up to 5 microns, which if carried over can clog the RO membrane.

High Pressure Pump:

• The Filtered Water is then pumped to a R.O. System through a High Pressure Pump. For the development of High pressure required for RO System we have offered multi stage centrifugal pumps.

Desalination by RO Membrane Element:

• To desalt the raw water i.e. to reduce TDS. By using Semi Permeable Membrane filter elements, where ion filtration process is carried out by applying pressure in the water. So finally we will get Low salt water with low TDS & High purity. Here will have to drain the water at one side to Wash the Membrane filter elements continuously because of filtration process there is nothing to be polluted in the system. Normally the R.O. System consists of spirally wound R.O Membranes with FRP Pressure tubes. The R.O system is offered for Salt reduction so as to achieve the desired treated water quality. The End Water quality shall be achieved subjected to:

• Feed quality is same as specified in your inquiry. In case of any change in the quality of raw water, the same may have an implication on the operating parameters and End- water quality of the system.
• Feed limiting condition mentioned in our offer is strictly maintained.
